Are you passionate about sketching and graphic design? As the Associate Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and producing Graphic Design assets from concept to final artwork.

This role is a Project Hire/Temporary Assignment position set for up to 12 months.
You will focus on creative style guide development for consumer products. On any day, you will:
- Development of Graphic Design & Branding for Product Development style guides and portfolios across multiple franchises for Disney Princesses, Pixar, Walt Disney Animation, and Channel content.
- Awareness of fashion and market trends
- Able to create strong POV (Point of View) boards for projects
- Art style/new technique creative development to co-ordinate with trends in the marketplace
- Provide new graphic design ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions
- Responsible for maintaining Graphic Design standards that meet brand guidelines and strategies
Required Qualifications & Skills: Associate Graphic Design Manager
- Ability to design traditional and digital drawing skills in addition to concepting capabilities
- Creative digital literacy (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote)
- Professional organization, while multitasking and demonstrating time management skills
- Production skills needed
- Proactive and optimistic with a Can-do attitude
- Phenomenal relationship and partnership-building capabilities
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Graphic Design and/or Illustration

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $77,100 to $103,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
