Overview: Motion Designer

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Motion Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Denver. This role will be responsible for creating visually compelling motion graphics and animations for a variety of advertising, marketing, and social media campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and high-quality work, along with the ability to collaborate across departments to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities: Motion Designer

  • Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital advertising, marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Develop storyboards, animations, and visual effects that enhance campaign messaging and engagement.
  • Edit video footage, incorporate audio elements, and ensure smooth transitions and overall project flow.
  • Work closely with clients, project managers, and other creatives to meet deadlines and deliver impactful visual content.
  • Stay current with design trends and incorporate new techniques into projects.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ideas for campaign visuals.

Qualifications: Motion Designer

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion design software.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience creating content for advertising, marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • A portfolio showcasing diverse and creative motion design projects.

Preferred Skills: Motion Designer

  • Experience in 3D animation (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar).
  • Knowledge of sound design and its integration into video content.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their video content specifications.
