About the job : Graphic Designer

Position Overview :

  • We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join the Corporate Communications’ Digital and Design team with a strong background in creating static graphics and culture-driving campaigns, with a particular focus on digital media, social and email campaigns.
  • The ideal candidate will possess skills in animation and the ability to bring creative ideas to life.
  • This role involves collaborating with various teams to produce engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

Key Responsibilities : Graphic Designer

  • Develop visually appealing and cohesive graphic designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
  • Create print assets including banners, posters, infographics, and promotional materials.
  • Produce animations and motion graphics for use in video content, social media campaigns, and other multimedia projects.
  • Collaborate with Digital and Design team members as well as Purpose and Investor Relations Communications teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with overall brand and campaign goals.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in graphic design and animation.
  • Create on-brand templates, as well as implement and create guidelines for internal and social communications.

Required Skills And Qualifications : Graphic Designer

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in static graphics, digital campaigns, and animation.
  • Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). Experience with Canva and Google Slides is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Experience in motion graphics and animation techniques, with the ability to produce animated content.
  • Curiosity about how design drives impactful communications to key audiences and a desire to iterate based on data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications : Graphic Designer

  • Experience working in an agency, health / wellness, or Client corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
  • Project management experience.
  • Copywriting experience is a plus

Role: Graphic Designer (Part time: 28-32hrs a week)

Part-time: 3.5 days per week

Onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays

Half day Monday; 9am – 4pm

Location: New York, NY, 10022

Contract: 6 months with possibility to extend
