Allied OMS is a doctor-owned, doctor-led, and doctor-governed management services organization (MSO) in the oral and maxillofacial surgery space that combines the best of private practice with the best of private equity.

Leveraging decades of experience building platform businesses in the healthcare industry and collectively owned by member surgeons, private equity, and management consulting veterans, Allied OMS offers essential tools for maximizing practice value.

Grounded in clinical excellence, doctors in the Allied OMS network maintain essential roles in management, governance, and clinical practice and participate directly in the platform’s growth. Seventy-five percent of the Allied OMS board of directors are doctor members, and Allied OMS doctors lead 100% of the platform’s management committees.

Founded in 2020 in partnership with DuneGlass Capital, a healthcare services-focused independent sponsor, the Allied OMS network now includes 60 doctors serving patients from 42 locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

About The Role : Graphic Designer

Allied OMS is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our high-growth company, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our marketing engine that spans both B2B and B2C. This role, supporting our Creative Director in brand conception and execution, provides a platform for you to showcase your skills and creativity in creating marketing assets to help grow Allied OMS and attract more patients to our 70 oral surgery practices across the country. The Graphic Designer will also collaborate with other Allied OMS departments to design content that supports their objectives.

The Graphic Designer will report to the Creative Director and collaborate closely with the MarComm Intern and the Chief Marketing Officer.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities : Graphic Designer

  • Assist in the creation of various design projects, including but not limited to presentations, digital and social media graphics (LinkedIn/Twitter), web design, event materials, flyers, brochures, promotional/swag, stationery suites, and logo and brand identity design
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that align with company goals
  • Utilize skills in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and PDF to execute design tasks
  • Create and format documents and presentations in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Stock image searching
  • Communicate/orchestrate with swag, promotional, and print vendors to help fulfill orders
  • Support the marketing team in preparing files for print and digital distribution
  • Help build, maintain, and organize design files and our digital asset library on the company server
  • Assist in conducting design research and staying updated on industry trends
  • Take direction from leadership and incorporate feedback into design iterations
  • Communicate effectively with team members cross-functionally; create designs to meet their objectives
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improving marketing and company processes

The Ideal Candidate Has : Graphic Designer

  • A passion for visual storytelling
  • Strong understanding of design principles
  • Strong eye for color, typography, space, and layout in design
  • Can clearly articulate and effectively communicate the “why” behind design choices to the corporate team and doctor partners
  • The ability to brainstorm, iterate, and execute ideas quickly
  • Follows the brand guidelines of Allied OMS or respective oral surgery practices when creating various design projects
  • Dependable, detail-oriented
  • Openness when receiving and giving feedback and critiques
  • Excellent time management skills – the ability to work under a deadline, juggle multiple projects at a time, and wear multiple hats
  • Eagerness to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think on your feet and work independently
  • Willingness to expand and practice skills outside your expertise or comfort zone

Qualifications : Graphic Designer

  • At least 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience required
  • Experience working collaboratively with a team
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Proficient computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in web design, UX/UI, or digital media
  • Nice to haves (not required): Basic photography and video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, etc.), copywriting skills
