Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Graphic Design Thumbnail Editor who can create eye-catching and engaging thumbnails for our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to produce designs that capture the essence of our content while driving viewer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create compelling YouTube thumbnails that increase click-through rates and viewer engagement.
• Collaborate with the content creation team to understand video themes and key messages.
• Ensure consistency in branding and visual style across all thumbnails.
• Stay updated on current design trends and best practices in thumbnail creation.
• Provide creative input and suggest design improvements as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in creating YouTube thumbnails.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of thumbnail designs.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams.
• Knowledge of YouTube analytics and how thumbnails impact viewer behavior is a plus.
