About the job : Video Animator/ Producer
Our team at Game Rant is looking for a talented Video Animator/ Producer to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing ideas for original animated series content.
The role will require story boarding of scenes/ episodes that include writing, editing and voiceover skills – meaning applicants will have the ability to produce complete and consistent video content in a fast and efficient manner. The position will also require a strong and decisive knowledge of video games, the industry and the community that encompasses them.

Responsibilities: Video Animator/ Producer
- Ideate and storyboard original content and series
- Produce a set number of video projects per month
- Work under tight deadlines and submit videos for publication on time
- Report to Video Lead and implement feedback efficiently
- Successfully maintain a contracted freelance schedule
Application Requirements: Video Animator/ Producer
- C.V
- Please provide 2-3 samples of animated video content creation (a bonus if it is covering video games)
Applicants must be highly motivated and possess the following requirements:
- Proficientin Blender, Krita, OpenToonz, After Effects, Toon Boom, Cinema4D (or any other substitutes or equivalent programs)
- Good grasp of content ideation (Story boarding, Scripting, etc.)
- Good grasp of video editing essentials (scene flow, cutting, rendering, etc.)
- Experience with voice over and/or AI voice over and/or Sound Design
- Knowledge of video games, gaming, latest trends is a must
All animation styles welcome (Ex: 2D, 3D, Motion Capture, etc.)
